Findlay Man Pleads Guilty To Reckless Homicide

4/10/19 – 5:16 A.M.

A Findlay man has pleaded guilty to a reckless homicide charge stemming from the suffocation death of his infant son last year. 27-year-old Jack Killion appeared in court Tuesday to enter his plea. He remains out of jail until his sentencing on May 20th. He faces three years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

Killion put his 3-month-old son in bed with him on the morning of March 1 of 2018. Prosecutor Phil Riegle says Killion was sleeping next to the child in a way that caused an accidental suffocation. Last week Reigle said that there was evidence that Killion had used drugs before going to sleep.
