Findlay Man Sentenced On Sex Charges

A 60-year-old Findlay man will spend 30 months in prison after he pled guilty to sex charges. The Courier’s Eileen McClory said that Jeffery Julian is guilty of importuning.
Julien previously faced kidnapping and gross sexual imposition charges. They were dropped when he pled guilty in September. He will have to register as a sex offender.
