Findlay Shopping Center Sold

A Findlay shopping center is changing hands. Rejournals.com (R-E journals) reports JAAZ Enterprises LLC of Oregon, Ohio paid $1.95 million for Liberty Plaza.

The facility is on the east side of the city on Flag City Drive. It currently houses businesses like City BBQ and the Punjabi Kitchen among others.

The Reichle Klein Group coordinated the sale.
