Fostoria Still Looking To Fill Third Ward Seat

Fostoria officials still haven’t filled an open council seat. The Review-Times reports four people have shown interest in the third ward council position. Council determined all but one candidate was viable for the spot. Council plans to continue accepting applications and hopes to make an appointment in February.
