Garner Trucking is proud to announce it has received two prestigious industry recognitions for 2026, further solidifying its commitment to creating an exceptional workplace for drivers and employees.
Garner Trucking has been named a 2026 Best Fleets to Drive For® Hall of Fame Carrier for the fourth consecutive year, while also marking its 10th consecutive year of recognition within the Best Fleets program. This elite distinction is reserved for carriers that consistently demonstrate excellence in driver compensation, benefits, professional development, work-life balance and company culture.
In addition, Garner Trucking has been named a certified 2026 TCA Elite Fleet Carrier for the second consecutive year by the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA). The TCA Elite Fleet program recognizes carriers that go above and beyond to foster supportive, driver-focused work environments, with an emphasis on safety, competitive pay, meaningful driver engagement, and quality of life on the road.

Garner Trucking will be formally recognized for both achievements on stage this March, at the Best Fleets Education & Awards Conference and the TCA Annual Convention, alongside other leading carriers from across North America.
Garner Trucking is a family-owned and operated business started in 1960 by Vernon E. Garner and Regina R. Garner, headquartered in Findlay, Ohio. Daughter Sherri Garner Brumbaugh currently owns and operates the business. Garner is 100% woman-owned business. Since 2017, Garner Trucking has been named a Best Fleet to Drive For from trucking companies in North America. In 2022, Garner was named the Best Fleet to Drive For – Overall Small Carrier. The company’s dedication to its drivers earned it a spot in the Best Fleets to Drive For Hall of Fame in 2023. Continuing its legacy of excellence, Garner won the inaugural Best Fleets to Drive For Hall of Fame Stratosphere Award in 2024—and claimed the title again in 2025.
