Hancock County Commissioner Brian Robertson Talks About Reviewed Flood Mitigation Plans

Hancock County Commissioner Brian Robertson joined us on WFIN to talk about Stantec Engineering’s reviewed plans for flood mitigation. The plans still call for dry storage basins in Hancock County, though they are substantially smaller. Robertson said that it still could cause issues.
Robertson said that it is important for all of the groups involved to meet and talk about the plans.
Robertson explained that making sure each group is looking out for the other’s interest will lead to less contention.
