Hancock Public Health Handling Inspections Of The Hancock County Landfill

The Hancock County Commissioners approved a resolution to have Hancock Public Health handle statutory inspections at the Hancock County Landfill. Hancock Public Health will handle monthly inspections of the landfill and do an annual inspection of the facility’s vehicles. They’ve handled the inspections for several years.

The Commissioners also approved increasing the pay for this service from $25,000 to $30,000.
