Heart Health Month Kicks Off With Free Breakfast

February is heart health month and there’s an event coming up to get men focused on keeping their heart healthy. The Heart Association’s Kerri Rochelle explained that heart disease isn’t gender biased but that this event focuses on men.
Rochelle said that there will be an event focused on women coming up in the next few weeks. The Red Tie event is a free breakfast at 7 a.m. at the Blanchard Valley Hospital. However, you need to RSVP by the end of today at [email protected].
