Low-Income Housing Proposal In Findlay

A developer has informed Findlay City Council about its plans to build a rent-restricted apartment complex.

The letter from Sullivan Development says the project by Timberline Villas will be located on Sheridan Avenue.

The project will consist of 151 new construction, rent-restricted apartments, including one, two, and three-bedroom units.

The letter says the proposed development would be financed with a mix of Ohio Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Ohio Housing Trust Funds, a Housing Development Loan, and both Taxable and Tax-Exempt Bonds.
