McComb Starting Quarterback Charged In Burglary Case

The starting quarterback at an area high school is facing a burglary charge. The Hancock County Sheriff’s Office reports deputies arrested 18-year-old Cam Morris Thursday. Details surrounding the allegations are unavailable at this time.

The Courier reports Morris played in every game for McComb this season except for a week 7 game against Riverdale. He’s accounted for 22 total touchdowns and more than 1,500 total yards of offense for the Panthers.

McComb is unbeaten in the BVC. They play Pandora-Gilboa tonight and Liberty-Benton next week.
