North Baltimore Masons Continue To Handle Village’s Recycling

Members of the Masonic Lodge in North Baltimore will continue to handle the village’s recycling program. On Thursday village officials confirmed the organization would continue the practice. Masons collect recyclables on Saturdays at the old water plant on East High Street and take them to a recycling center in Bowling Green.

North Baltimore officials declined to join the county’s new 24-hour recycling program. They said they had concerns a 24-hour dumpster site in the village would create a mess.
