Pedestrian Hit By Pickup Truck In Findlay

A pickup truck hit a man in downtown Findlay Sunday night. The Findlay Police Department says the accident happened at the intersection of South Main Street and East Sandusky Street around 7:43 p.m.

31-year-old Joshua Brooks of Findlay was trying to turn left onto South Main when he hit 42-year-old James Rhine of Findlay. Rhine was in the crosswalk at the time.

Hanco EMS took Rhine to Blanchard Valley Hospital for treatment of a leg injury. Officers cited Brooks for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.
