Police Officer Retiring After Years Of Dedicated Service To Findlay

After more than 25 years of dedicated service to the citizens of Findlay, Officer Doug Marshall has retired from the Findlay Police Department.
Throughout his distinguished career, Doug served in a variety of important roles including Bike Patrol, Field Training Officer, Vice Narcotics Detective, Hostage Negotiator, Crisis Management Team Operator, Crisis Management Team Leader, Crisis Management Team Commander, Critical Incident Stress Management Team member, and, most recently, Property Officer.
His professionalism, leadership, and commitment to serving both the department and the community have left a lasting impact.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Doug for his many years of distinguished service and wish him all the best in his well-earned retirement. Congratulations, Doug, and thank you for your dedication to the Findlay Police Department and the citizens you faithfully served.
