Quick Change Scam Hits Local Business, Findlay Lieutenant Offers Advice

There was a recent quick change scam reported at the Northside Party Mart in Findlay. Lt. Robert Ring said that these scams happen when a person pays for a small item with a large bill and quickly changes how they want it broken.
Ring said that this can be avoided though.
He said that this helps to keep the cashier in control and avoid confusion.
