Raccoon Run Winter Sports Center Open This Weekend

Raccoon Run Winter Sports Center at Riverbend Recreation Area will reopen for the first time in 2 years. The Courier reports that this is because it will reach the requirement snow base of 4 to 6 inches. You can rent snowshoes or cross-country skis for $7 per hour or $20 for per day.

The center will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. this Saturday. It is in Shelter 3 of the big Oaks Area.
