West Millgrove Man Found Dead In His Car Outside Of Fostoria

06/15/18 – 2:31 P.M.

A West Millgrove man was found dead in his car northwest of Fostoria Friday morning. The Wood County Sheriff’s Office reports that they found 56-year-old Matthew Rife unresponsive in the front seat of his car around 3:10 a.m. on State Route 199.

Bradner EMS pronounced Rife dead at the scene. The incident remains under investigation.
