Cooper Tire Declares Quarterly Dividend

Cooper Tire & Rubber has announced a quarterly dividend. Shareholders of record on March 1 will get 10.5 cents per share on common stock. The dividend will be payable on March 29.

This is the 188th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Cooper.
