Dietsch Brothers Expanding Downtown Findlay Operation

Dietsch Brothers will be expanding its operation at 400 West Main Cross Street in Findlay.

The company, renown for its chocolates, ice cream, and candies, is purchasing the old Hochstettler property just to the west of their parking lot.

WFIN News spoke with Vice President Erika Dietsch-Brokamp about their expansion project.

She says the project will give them more workspace and production room as well as some warehousing.

As Erika mentioned in the audio above, the expansion will allow them to make the parking lot bigger and possibly add an outdoor patio area, while the retails spaces will remain the same.

Erika said they hope to break ground on their expansion in the spring of 2027.
