Fatal Crash In Putnam County
The Ohio State Highway Patrol says a woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash in western Putnam County.
The crash happened on State Route 694 near Cloverdale at 12:54 p.m. on Monday.
The Highway Patrol says Dawn Luke, 48, of Van Wert, was a rear seat passenger in a car that went off the road, overturned and struck a utility pole.
The Highway Patrol says she was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle and suffered fatal injuries.
The driver, Bonnie Luke, 69, and a passenger, Michael Luke, 69, both of Mendon, suffered injuries that are not life-threatening and were taken to a hospital in Lima.
The Highway Patrol says the crash remains under investigation.
