Findlay Reservoirs Get Filled When Water Quality Is High

The Findlay reservoirs stood at 83% capacity at the end of December. Water Treatment Plant superintendent Jason Phillips explained that they wait on the river quality to fill it.
Phillips added that having high water quality helps make managing it easier.
He added that higher quality water going into the reservoir will mean higher quality water coming out of the treatment plant.
