Many have called for more affordable housing in Findlay and it appears a new construction project will meet that need. Findlay-Hancock County Alliance Economic Development Director Tim Mayle told the Findlay Rotary Club Monday that a developer plans to build a new apartment complex near Tall Timbers…
Mayle says an Ohio tax credit is helping make the Crawford Station Apartments possible…
According to the developer’s website, they’ll build 46 residential units on Melrose Avenue near Tall Timbers. The plans include two, three, and four bedroom apartments. The facility will also have a community building, shelter house, community garden, and children’s playground.
Construction could start in early 2018.
