State Representative Robert Sprague Talks About Opioid Epidemic

U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions gave a speech about the opioid epidemic and State Representative Robert Sprague talked about it on WFIN. He explained that he believes we need both consequences and treatment.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions advocated for stiffer sentences. He said that he agrees with Sessions but said treatment is the key to recovery.
Sprague said that the state has started putting funds together for 9 detox facilities in the state. He said that Ohio has been a leader in the fight against the opioid epidemic and he is glad that the federal government is stepping in to help.
