Blanchard Valley Center Opens New Building In Findlay

Blanchard Valley Center cut the ribbon on their new building at 322 West Main Cross. Superintendent Kelly Grisham said that the building is being used by two organizations.
Grisham said that she hopes that this building proves that the community support BVC receives.
