Fostoria Man Accused Of Breaking Into Cash Advance Business

1/8/19 – 6:50 A.M.

A Fostoria man is facing charges after he allegedly broke into a cash advance business over the weekend. The Fostoria Police Department says the break-in happened around 3:30 a.m. at the Cashland store at 1227 North Countyline Street.

Investigators say 35-year-old Josh Garner broke a window to get into the store. He tripped a burglary alarm and police officers arrived before Garner could escape.

Garner allegedly said there were more people involved in the crime, but officers didn’t find anyone else in the store.

Garner faces a charge of breaking and entering.
