Putnam County Robbery Suspect Arrested In Lucas County

The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office reports that the man that allegedly robbed a woman at gunpoint and stole her car has been caught.

The Lucas County Sheriff’s Office reports 39-year-old James Phillips was arrested around 11:45 Tuesday morning after he turned himself in.

James is currently being held at the Lucas County Jail until he can be transported to the Putnam County Jail.
